Child & Infant Policy
Infants are 0 – 2 years old.
Children are 2 – 11 years old
Adults are 12 years and up.
Baby Cots for infants are FREE of Charge
1st child from 2-11 years on an extra bed FREE of charge on B/B plus 50% discount on terms
2nd Child from 2-11 years old on an extra bed €15.00 on B/B plus 50% discount on terms
Cancellation / Modification Policy
If a reservation is cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, no Cancellation Fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified within 10 days of the arrival date, 1 day Cancellation Fee will be charged.
In case of a “no show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged as a Cancellation Fee.
In case of a cancellation or amendment of a NON REFUNDABLE reservaton, the total price of the reservation will be charged as a Cancellation Fee.
Refund Policy
Bookings that are made with a “Non Refundable” marked rate, cannot be amended and are as clearly marked, NON Refundable. All other rates booked can be amended and are fully refundable in case of a cancellation with the exception of any Cancellation Fees applicable as outlined above in the Cancellation Policy.
Currency
All prices quoted are in EURO (€) as indicated inclusive of all taxes and surcharges.
Terms of Payment
Cash, Visa payment or Bank Transfer is needed prior arrival of client. If the reservation is not paid before arrival, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any prior notice. Please note that a purchase with the name << Livadhiotis City Hotel >> will appear in your bank statement.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all hotel premises including rooms, corridors, lounge, lobby, breakfast area.
Smocking is only allowed in the outside breakfast area and in the cafeteria patio.
Pets
Pets are strictly prohibited in the hotel premises
